How long will it take to get my products?
As most of our items are customised, we make them to order. You will receive an email when we have finished and put them in post, usually within 3-7 days (sometimes sooner!). Postage timeframes will vary, at the moment Aus Post recommends allowing up to 10 business days.

Can I get my order quicker, I need it by a certain date?
Yes, we can send it by Express Post which should take around 3 business days - but don't forget to include our 3-7 day make time. If you need an item by a certain date please email us first and we will do our best to get it done!

What postage service do you use?
Everything is sent via Australia Post and you will be sent a tracking number by email once it has been lodged.

What type of wood do you use?
We primarily use Birch wood. It is both lightweight and strong and shows beautiful character through the grain. The colour is light and has a warm tone.
